Before January there was the possibility to notify users for O365 Updates. After January i have seen, that we had many reports regarding forced closed “Skype for Business Meetings” during the Update. Without notification. We have seen, that we are not the only customers with these Problems.

Since we had to find a solution we opend a Microsoft Call. Finaly Microsoft provided an Update for SCCM to solve this issue. Here you can find it:
The Configuration Manager client forces a shutdown of Office 365 applications when updates are applied if the installation deadline has approached.
After you install this update, the client will require a restart of the computer if Office 365 applications are running at the installation deadline.
